Included services
- Use of the swimming pool, the sunbathing area and parasols
- Garage for cars, motorcycles and bicycles
- Bed linen, hand and shower towels, heating, cooling, water, electricity, all fees (except local tax) and final cleaning.
Cancellation
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code.Booking
When booking, a deposit of 30% will be charged.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The following cancellation conditions also apply:
You can cancel free of charge 14 days before arrival.
Later cancellations result in a cancellation fee of 70% of the booking price including deposit.
Please inform us as early as possible if you cannot start your vacation. Thanks.
Conditions & information
Arrival/Departure:
Your holiday apartment is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
General:
The prices of the apartments are for 2 people per day and for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For each additional person we charge 60 euros / day. Children under 3 years are free.
The apartments are rented out all year round.
